2. Description of Service

Marketing Spy is an AI-powered ad intelligence and winning research platform that provides tools for discovering competitor ads, generating ad copies, and creating landing pages. The Service is provided on a lifetime license basis - you pay once and use the Service indefinitely, including all future feature updates.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with third parties.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your business.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate market research and marketing.

5. Payment Terms

Marketing Spy operates on a one-time lifetime payment model. Upon successful payment, your account will be activated within 1×24 hours. Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice, however previously purchased licenses will not be affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Marketing Spy platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software - are the exclusive property of Marketing Spy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Marketing Spy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
